Deb and Bill..Was that beer ? Well Deb , cast came off at 12:15 pm and I will be in the pool later this evening . X-RAY showed everything was fine , elbow not as locked up as I thought but wrist is pretty tight . 33 days until the canoe trip ..game on . COACH
